Has extensive international management consultancy experience having worked in the Middle East, Europe and the USA. Formally European Director of Training & Development with an American based consultancy, coupled with 14 years as internal consultant and senior manager in sales and marketing with global telecommunications operator.
Career to date has afforded the opportunity to develop significant skills and capabilities in change management and organisation development and is highly regarded for matching strategic insight and vision with action; balancing the achievement of honouring deadlines, delivering quality and managing costs, and building relationships across geographical, hierarchical and functional boundaries.

Representative Assignments
Strategy Execution & Change Management
- Working with the Main Boards of a significant number of FTSE 100 corporations both in the UK and in an international setting to execute the business strategy utilising the Balanced Scorecard methodology
- Introduction and development of Self Directed Work teams within Call Centre environment.
- Regular public speaker who has trained in excess of 1000 people (USA/Europe & Middle East) in both public and private sector in the use/execution of the Balanced Scorecard with consistent satisfaction ratings of Very Good to Excellent.
- Design, development, and implementation of a Performance Management system and a Management Information System within a major outsourcing company.
- Design and implementation of the first stand alone HR Balanced Scorecard for an international utility in the UK. A number of assignments for FTSE100 organisations to develop a coherent set of HR metrics to demonstrate value add and contribution.
- Supporting culture change within a range of organizations as they sought to embrace the challenges of a new ‘modus operandi’ arising from privatization; leadership change or a revamped business strategy.
