Balanced Scorecard Skills Workshop
The Balanced Scorecard Skills Workshop is a skill-building event for experienced managers and internal consultants who will design, champion and co-ordinate the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard in their organisations.
The workshop consists of 2 days of intensive learning and practice designed to teach key design skills.
The workshop, which can accommodate between 10 and 30 people, is highly participative using real life examples and cases.
Participants will develop skills to: –
- Introduce and outline Scorecard concepts, principles and processes
- Develop a Strategy Map including strategic destination, strategic themes and objectives with cause and effect linkages
- Identify appropriate strategic measures and targets
- Map strategic initiatives
- Create an implementation plan
