Customer Care Workshop

Modular based design built around the needs of the client.

Modules include: –

  • Handling difficult situations
  • Responding to customers
  • Gaining cooperation from colleagues
  • Contacting customers etc.

Modules can be used for both face to face or telephone contact and are built around continued coaching and practice of effective customer handling principles and processes using real life examples from the workplace.

Workshops normally last for 2 days.
