Executive Orientation Day

The Executive Orientation Day is a full day session where we explore the design and implementation of a Balanced Scorecard programme for a variety of situations. The day is targeted at the executive leadership team and their Senior Managers who are preparing to launch a scorecard initiative in their own organisation.

The day is held for up to 30 people and consists of theory inputs with discussion and case study work.
